Can I switch deployment modes after signing up?
Yes. Moving between Fully Managed (SaaS), Self-Hosted on your VM, and On-Prem VM Appliance is a supported migration path — talk to your account team to plan the switch.
Does OpenX WiFi work with a self-hosted deployment?
Yes. OpenX WiFi and OpenX Switch hardware are managed by OpenX Gateway or OpenX Cloud regardless of whether that software runs fully managed or self-hosted on your VM.
How is guest data handled?
Captive Portal and analytics products include configurable consent capture and data retention settings — see Data Compliance & Consent Management for details.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, start a free trial from the Pricing page. Enterprise deployments typically start with a sales conversation instead, given the deployment planning involved.
