Information we collect
Wifi-Soft collects information necessary to operate network services, including account details, network configuration data, and — where applicable — data captured through captive portal login flows (see Data Compliance & Consent Management for configurable options).
How we use it
Data is used to provide and support the Wifi-Soft platform, including authentication, analytics features you enable, billing, and customer support.
Where data is stored
For Fully Managed (SaaS) deployments, data is stored in Wifi-Soft-operated infrastructure. For Self-Hosted on your VM deployments, data remains within your own environment.
