Data Processing Agreement

Scope
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies wherever Wifi-Soft processes customer data on a customer's behalf — including Fully Managed (SaaS) deployments, and hybrid Self-Hosted on your VM deployments where components such as analytics or support tooling route through Wifi-Soft cloud infrastructure.
Roles
The customer acts as data controller for end-user data collected through their deployment; Wifi-Soft acts as data processor for data it handles on the customer's behalf.
Sub-processors
Wifi-Soft maintains a list of sub-processors used to deliver the platform, available on request, and will notify customers of material changes.
Data residency and deletion
Data residency follows the deployment mode selected (see the Deployment Guide). On termination, customer data is deleted or returned within the timeframe specified in the customer's agreement.
