Wifi-soft website Terms & Conditions

BY FILLING THIS FORM, YOU AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN WIFI-SOFT'S REFERRAL PROGRAM AND BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM:

1. Wifi-soft reserves all rights to change the program at any time without giving any sort of notice to the end-users.
2. Upon submission of a referral, Wifi-soft will evaluate the referral and will notify you of the acceptance or denial of the referral within 7 business days.
3. The notification will contain one of the following status:
   • Wifi-soft has an existing relationship with the referred party and hence will not pay any referral fee to you (referring party).
   • Wifi-soft is interested in pursing the referral
   • Wifi-soft is not interested in pursing the referral
   • The referral was already referred by another party and hence will not pay any referral fee to you.
4. The referred party should enroll as Wifi-soft's customer and should remain Wifi-soft's customer for more than three (3) months.
5. Existing Wifi-soft's customers who do the referral can either choose to receive payment by check or electronic transfer, or adjust the referral fee in their monthly management fee to Wifi-soft.
6. Other referred parties will be receive a payment by check or electronic transfer after forty (40) days of new referral's signup.
7. The referral are valid for six (6) months from the date of referral. Wifi-soft will pay you referral fee only if the referred pary signs up for Wifi-soft services within 6 months from the date of referral. Wifi-soft will not send any referral payments if the referred party signs up after 6 months.
8. Wifi-soft will pay you (referring party) 10% of the management fee charged to the new referred customer for the first three months.
