1. Business Development Manager (Code: BDM)

The candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing activities for a IT product company. S/he will be directly responsible for generating leads, qualifying them, customer engagements, presentations, managing customer accounts and working with customers and partners from all over the world. In addition, the candidate will also participate in product definition and developing overall marketing strategy for the company

An ideal candidate should have MBA-IT or Systems with atleast 3 years experience in sales and marketing. An engineering degree will be preferred but is not required. The candidate should have a good knowledge of IT sector and excellent written and verbal skills. The candidate should be able to take initiatives, be creative, hard working, well organized and should show willing to work in a globally competitive environment.

2. Technical Architect/Manager (Code: TA)

Team leader/ Technical Leader position requires strong technical and analytical skills. The candidate should have at least 3 years experience in application development and managing small/medium sized teams. Project management and problem skills are must. The candidate should be proficient in OOD, Java, Web-2.0 technologies like AJAX, web-frameworks like ZK, GWT, Javascript, CSS, XSLT, scripting, Linux/Unix. In addition, the candidate should exhibit good fundamental knowledge of computer networks, algorithms, data structures and software engineering principles.

The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers, project management, forecasting and estimation, delivering projects on schedule and interfacing with customers on a technical level.

3. Software Engineer (Code: SE)

An eligible candidate should have good knowledge of software programming, algorithms, data structures and computer networks. The candidate should have solid programming experience in one or more of the following programming languages - C, C++, Java, Perl, PHP and Web 2.0. Knowledge of AJAX, JSP/EJB, wireless technologies and Linux will be an added advantage. The graduate should have at least a B.E. or B.Tech. or M.Sc degree in computers, IT or electronics and should be willing to work for a startup company.

4. Technical Support Executive (Code: TSE)

Wifi-soft Solutions, a leader in wireless networking technology, is looking to hire bright and talented individuals who are willing to work in dynamic, startup environment. The candidates will be responsible for providing technical support to Wifi-soft`s customers in US and Europe.

An eligible candidate must have very good verbal and written English skills and ability to solve simple technical issues. Knowledge of computer networks, wireless technologies, Unix and database is a plus. Training will be provided to the candidates on selection and technically qualified candidates will be eligible for software development jobs in the future.
